I do not revoke custom designs/ownership of "adoptable" designs. Because of this I will plainly state here: my values may not align with the values of those with my designs.
Anyone who has my custom designs/adoptables has full rights to redesign, rename, and do whatever they want their character but you still need to credit me for the original art & design.
Please don't resell any custom designs for more than you bought them for UNLESS you've added or commissioned art.
I have the right to deny a comission requests for any reason.

I only accept money through Paypal or Venmo in USD.
Payment for commissions will be done half up front and half when the lineart is completed. If I cannot complete a commission you will receive a full refund.
My art and designs are for personal use only.
Please credit my art or designs by linking to my Toyhouse (for customs) or BlueSky (for art that won't be posted on TH)
On cancelling commissions: I will fully refund any payments if I have to cancel due to personal reasons. If you cancel a commission I will only refund 50% of the payment in exchange for the time I've spent.
I will periodically send my progress to you, even after the main sketch. Any major changes that would redoing any rendering or lineart will cost extra.
Do not steal, trace or use any of my art for AI image generators, NFTs, or cryptocurrency projects.
